We stock all the tapes and sealants you will ever need for your electrical project. These are generally used wherever you need to protect and seal any electrical connections, such as terminations or splices. Our most popular tape is probably insulation tape – otherwise known as electrical tape. It is usually made from a rubber or vinyl material and is flexible and stretchy enough to be used for a wide variety of uses.
SPECIALIST TAPES AND SEALANTS

Denso Tape™ – this is successfully utilised around the globe to prevent corrosion in metal constructions such as pipelines. It is waterproof and is applied cold, which makes it safe to install.

Silicone sealant – these insulate electrical wiring effectively due to a high dielectric strength. They are very poor conductors and are applied to high-voltage applications. Silicone sealants are resistant to weathering, damp and pollutants such as oil.

High temperature silicone – this type of silicone sealant is a specialised product for use when the area is likely to be exposed to high temperatures. It can be used for sealing heating elements in machinery and appliances.

Expanding foam - care will need to be taken when applying expanding foam over electrical wires, to enable enough space to prevent overheating, and enable access to any electrical systems that may need maintenance and repair.
